| Allen Gichuhi joined Walker Kontos in February 2003 and became a partner in the same year. He completed his LL.B at the University of Nairobi in 1995.
He specialises in commercial litigation with particular emphasis on banking and insurance matters. Allen also undertakes briefs of a more general nature for our corporate clients and has acted in matters relating to aviation, employment, property law and medical and professional negligence. |
Allen has been an active member for over 5 years in the Working Committee of the Commercial Courts. This Committee is the only one of its kind in Kenya and brings together selected judicial officers. Its mandate is to work out practical ways of improving the delivery of justice.
Allen is also an active member of the Law Society of Kenya Practice Committee.
