| Michael Kontos joined Walker Kontos in 1992 after completing his LL.M at Exeter University. He became partner in 1995.
He is a corporate and commercial lawyer principally involved in corporate finance, securitization and mergers and acquisitions. Within these fields, he has worked in various bond issues and other capital markets transactions, Kenyan and international syndications and asset financing as well as in sales and acquisitions of Kenyan companies. |
In addition to his securitization work, Michael has acted for several banks in Kenya in the standardization of in-house loan and security documentation. Michael is also an experienced conveyancer and has acted in various property developments.
