| Peter Muhiu Mwangi joined Walker Kontos in 1992 after graduating with an LLB from the University of Nairobi. He became a partner in 1996. He specialises in corporate and commercial law with emphasis on banking and financial law, real property and conveyancing and also advises on labour issues.
Peter has extensive experience advising local and international clients in property acquisition and development in Kenya including acting in several up-market housing and office projects. |
He has acted for banks and other corporate clients in joint ventures, acquisitions, and has advised extensively on hardware and software contracts.
Peter also acts for Banks and financial institutions in Kenya on all matters relating to banking and finance, including loan and security documentation, and corporate finance transactions and documentation. He also specializes in aviation and employment law and in legal issues relating to provident and pension funds.
