    •  Advising the World Bank Group in two affordable housing housing projects including a review of the legal and regulatory framework under the PPP, as part of the Affordable Housing pillar of the Government of Kenya, Big Four Agenda

    • Advising the Government and the World Bank Group on the statutory and regulatory changes necessary for establishing mortgage refinance companies in Kenya and thereafter acting in the formation of the Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company Limited as well as the preparation of template documentation to facilitate the mortgage refinancing business

    • Advising the Council of Governors in legal and regulatory audit of National and County Policy and Legislation (Urban Development laws) to ensure conformity with the Constitution and Devolution Laws.

    • Advising Ecobank Kenya Limited and Equity Bank (Kenya) Limited in the restructuring of the debt of Kenya Airways Plc.

    • Advising GuarantCo in relation to a guarantee for the Medium-Term Note green bond programme of KES 5 billion by Acorn Project (Two) Limited Liability Partnership  and in the establishment of  Acorn D-REIT  scheme in compliance with the REIT Regulations as part of the funding arrangement. 

    • Advising the Administrators  in the cross border sale of the Business and Assets of ARM Cement PLC (Under Administration) in Kenya and Tanzania.

    • Advising Britam in the negotiation and structuring of the agreements for the construction of Britam Tower, one of the iconic buildings in Africa.
