Our advisory work in the communications sector includes structuring advice in conneciton with infrastructure sharing and leasing (including disputes in relation thereto) as well as the hiving off of passive equipment to third parties.

We have also advised a client in relation to the setting up and operation of a money transfer and payment platform.

In the computers and IT sector, we regularly advise clients in connection with their software agreements, cyber security, business process modeling tools, and more. Our most notable work in this sector is acting for a number of banks in the negotiation of bank software agreement.
